Well, thanksgiving has come and gone. Nothing really of interest happened. I went to a staff party at Hugo's and got pretty hammered. It was also a going away party for Leah the waitress. Anyways, no hangover for me because I was drinking paralyzers all night. I also taught the new bartender to make my fave drink, which they call a pornstar in alberta, but doesn't have a name out here. I'll put the recipe at the botom in case anyone wants it. It tastes like kool-aid.
Mom called me the day before thanksgiving and we confirmed my days off for the X-Mas hollidays. Stauffer Spice (Allisha) was ticked off because it's been a tradition for us to open our stockings X-Mas morning at like 7am. I'm only going out for the first week of Jan so I won't be there for X-Mas. Mom asked me if I was bringing a girl out and I told her to shove it. She's always putting on the pressure to get a g/f. I've expressed my opinion on this matter many times, but I'll guess I'll do it here in case Adam or Mick don't know. I don't want a girlfriend. And what I mean by that is that I'm not going to go out looking for one. If I do happen to meet a girl that I think is "the one", then ya, I'll try and make a move, but it doesn't bother me at all that I'm single and wll in all likelyhood stay that way for awhile.
I guess I'll do a few small reviews...Watched a movie called Alice's Restaurant based on the song of the same name. It stars the man who wrote the song, Arlo Guthrie. I find it an interesting movie, but nothing that moved me. The song is pretty much a jingle about a restaurant. Arlo's character is neat and I'm pretty sure he's just playing himself. I'll warn you now though, the song is a painful 18min long. Not a bad song, but frankly I get sick of any song that long.
Well, nothing more really to say. Matt and Mick thought I was gonna kill myself after the last blog and that got a pretty good laugh out of me. No, it depeds what mood I'm in, but usually the odds are I'm not going to off myself. Don't worry, just because I'm sick of life doesn't mean I won't stick it out.
