STAFF PARTY!!!!

Ya, I know it seems like there have already been 2 staff parties for Hugo's, but here's another one. The previous 2 parties were for Kitchen staff only and Bouncer staff only. This party is for everyone. Actually, I think they did this for another reason to drink. Every Sunday this year, there has been something to celebrate. Last week it was the head chefs birthday, the week before it was a going away party and the week before that it was another going away party. Anyways, yes, I will be attending this one. It's supposed to be a 70's Prom theme, but I dunno if I'll dress up. I tried to convince management to let us do an S&M theme, but no such luck.
Congrats to Mick on winning his election.
Just watched Jarhead the other day. Surprisingly little action in the movie, but and excellent movie none the less.
Not really any new drinks I've been trying out to tell you all about. Hopefully I'll have something amusing to say about next Sunday. I hear the drinks will be uber cheap. Anyways, I'll leave you with a recipe to one of my personal faves.

Monkey's Lunch

1 Pt Kahlua
1 Pt Banana Liqueur
3 Pt Milk

Ok, I'm gonna make this short and sweet. Apparently, SOME people got the wrong idea from my last blog. I will now make the following points as to defuse any confusion:
1) I love Victoria, it is an amazing place to live and I do NOT see myself leaving in the near or far future
2) When I say our apartment is overpriced, let me explain my reasoning:
A) My room has NO window.
B) My door is not a real door, but a window on a latch, facading as a door.
C) There are piped carrying god-knows-what running throughout the whole apartment.
D) The washroom has no lock or a fan for that matter.
E) If you try and use the microwave and toaster simultaniously, it will blow a breaker.
F) The tap water tastes like whatevers probably running through those pipes.
This is the justifaction I give for calling out apartment overpriced.
3) For the very last time, I am no more suicidal than the next person.
4) I did NOT mean to imply in any way that Victoria is a bad place to live. As I stated above, this place is amazing.
5) Yes Johnny, you are also an awesome friend and I meant no offense leaving you out of that post.
